Overview

VP, Payor Account Management: Highly relational, dynamic leader with ability to cultivate and capitalize on customer relationships. Able to discern business and operational opportunities with a keen eye to quickly mobilize internal teams and resources that provide both reactive and proactive client resolution. Action oriented, operationally astute, relationship gifted who can multitask with consistent grace and energy



Responsibilities

    Transformative leader who can envision, shape and implement the new CCS Enterprise Account Management approach
  • Provide best practices to deliver exceptional value to a large portfolio of payers including government health plans, commercial health plans, large, self-insured employers and TPA'/Brokers
  • Implements new processes, leverages technology, and leads people to ensure customers understand and value CCS medical supply AND clinical services
  • Ability to shape reporting packages, lead Quarterly Business Reviews and service metrics resulting in an elevated net promoter score.
  • Lead teams and collaborate with Enterprise sales leaders to complement, support and streamline client facing functions from business reviews, problem resolution, and processes resulting in improved sales focus on growth opportunities and not operational issues.
  • Coordinates Field Sales collaboration to drive pull through and operational issues related to payors to increase referrals (coverage, medical policy, formulary, etc)
  • Front line client facing with Enterprise Sales
  • Enables a team to serve as liaisons for the client and internal operational, finance, clinical and other teams to ensure client success and improved P&L performance.


Desired Outcomes

  • Leads strategic payor account management initiatives managing direct payor relationships in tandem with Sales VP
  • Develops and executes payor-specific retention and growth strategies in tandem with Sales VP, Field Sales leadership
  • Drives strategies to improve service and financial health of payer portfolio. Maintains a data-driven approach
  • Relationship management
  • Internal liaison with key departments to ensure service delivery including Operations, Finance and Clinical teams.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Experience with care management solutions is a plus
  • Strong understanding of managed care contracts and associated services
  • Prior account management experience in medical supply or chronic care management sectors is highly preferred
