Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 | 1st Shift Schedule

Qualifications



  • A Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in the use of SolidWorks (3D Modeling/Assembly & 2D Drawing).
  • Familiar with DFMEA, VAVE, DFM, DVP&R, CM, and Risk Assessment.
  • Fluent in GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
  • Experience in hydraulic/pneumatic component/system sizing.



The Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for supporting the design effort of fluid controls and actuation products. Knowledge of aerospace materials (metals, plastics, elastomers) will need to be used during the manufacturing and post-manufacturing process. This position requires interactions with other engineering associates, suppliers, and applicable departmental assignees in the concurrent engineering environment to develop producible and economical design solutions.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
