JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: A full-timeHuman Research Technologistis being sought to join the DREAM (Dismantling Racial inEquities Around Mental Health) Lab, directed by Dr. Chardee Galan, at Penn State. This person will provide oversight of an ongoing study focused on developing and testing an intervention that promotes cultural strengths in youth and their primary caregivers. This position will work out of the Parents and Children Together (PACT) lab space in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. TheHuman Research Technologistwill be responsible for coordinating the administration of the study's goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

This is a limited-term appointment, funded for one year from the date of hire with the possibility of re-funding. This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.
