JOB SUMMARY The New Large Account Success Manager (NLASM) manages onboarding a new, large, strategic customer to Galls through the application of professional project management methods and tools. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- The NLASM, along with the seller meets with the prospective new, large strategic customer to gain full understanding of their future-state program.
- The NLASM and seller partner to build a project plan that will, when completely executed, reflect the customer's new Galls program.
- Upon winning the business, the NLASM drives long term customer loyalty and retention by leading the customer and internal partners execution of a professional project management plan resulting in a perfect onboarding and run state of the customer's new account.
- The NLASM leads "without formal authority" directing the resources at Galls corporate and in the field to complete their tasks on the project plan as quickly as possible to launch the new account "on time and as expected" maximizing Galls revenue and delighting our newest, most strategic customers.
- NLASM will be expected to attend onsite customer meetings for the purpose of site reviews, wearer sizing's - which may take place over several weekends and early mornings - site audits, site preparation and inventories at the customer's facilities as well as Galls facilities supporting customer the new customer.
- Expected to stay with the new customer for a minimum of 16 weeks post installation including participating in the first business review and conducting virtual and onsite audits to ensure the customer is completely satisfied with their new program.
- New Account Onboarding Satisfaction Survey, first year Net Promoter Score feedback data, first year growth and first year eQuip adoption rates, as well as general KPIs related to customer satisfaction and program participation will help measure success in role
- Recognized as a Trusted Advisor for the customers, professional sellers, and Strategic Account Managers in their designated territory.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Associates degree (or higher) in Project Management, Operations or Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Customer Service experience is required
- Previous experience working in the uniform industry is preferred.
- 50-75% of travel is required
- Demonstrated Project Management skills
- Leadership and excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with experience presenting to various levels of an organization, including executives and leadership teams
