The Change Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing change initiatives impacting North America's transformation efforts. This role involves developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of new processes, systems, and organizational changes. The Change Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, project teams, and employees, to drive change and achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans for cross-functional strategic projects.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the organization.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support employees in adopting new processes and systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them lead change effectively.
  • Identify and address resistance to change and develop strategies to overcome it.
  • Ensure that change initiatives are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Incorporate change management as a key element of success.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management software.
  • Experience working in large multinational corporations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of successful change management delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 5 years of overall professional experience, with at least three years in change management with increasing scope and organizational impact.
