We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Southern Pines, NC. This role is essential in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, including the receiving and processing of HealthBeacon units and medical waste, refurbishing units for use, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. If you are a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with an interest in medical device technology and logistics, this position may be the right fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming HealthBeacon units and sharps waste from mail-back programs and ensure proper storage.

  • Re-work and refurbish used HealthBeacon units, including software/firmware updates, for future patient use.

  • Manage medical sharps waste, ensuring proper disposal and recycling of sharps bins.

  • Safely operate warehouse equipment while adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

  • Work closely with the HealthBeacon team in Ireland and third-party medical recycling companies to meet operational and recycling goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 0-1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.

  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace.

  • Physical stamina to lift and move items up to 49 pounds frequently.

  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.

  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
