Together. Every day. CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Corporate - Finance Team at our Albany, NY office. YOUR IMPACT CHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services. These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required. The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices. The professional in this role will process weekly disbursements, complete month-end duties such as general ledger expense account analysis, and collaborate with Facilities Management to complete rent/utilities payments for all company locations. Additionally, this individual will manage the Accounts Payable electronic mailbox and communicate internally and externally to resolve and provide confirmation of payables inquiries. Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred; High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
SALARY RANGE: $24.03 - $28.36 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
