The Center for Education Integrating Science, Mathematics, and Computing (CEISMC) offers STEM and Computer Science (CS) programs aimed at enhancing K-12 education. This role will support program assessment, project management, inventory management, and scheduling to ensure effective delivery and impact. CEISMC collaborates with teachers, schools, and districts to design and facilitate professional learning experiences that promote high-quality computer science instruction. We engage with stakeholders to align initiatives with state and national education standards while fostering partnerships that support equitable access to CS education. Job Summary
Develop and coordinate the implementation of programs designed to promote the Institute to target audiences of potential and enrolled students and other groups thereby encouraging their enrollment and retention at the Institute and/or a program within the Institute. Efforts include program needs assessment, concept definition, program development, marketing and evaluation. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: target group prospects and students, institutional and program administrators, Institute faculty and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience creating, developing, and maintaining a comprehensive calendar and schedule of events for STEM and Computer Science programs; establishing and managing a database of all program participants, ensuring accurate record-keeping, tracking engagement, and supporting program evaluation and outreach efforts.
