Summary:

This position will coordinate and/or perform daily office support tasks including greeting staff and visitors, receiving and distributing mail and deliveries, phone coverage, event/catering set up and breakdown, and maintain general office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma.

  • 5 years or more administrative, office management or office coordinator experience.

  • Highly organized, detail oriented, excellent time management skills, and functions well in a complex and changing environment.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Strong ability to work with all levels of staff and in a diverse environment.

  • Able to perform job duties with minimum direction and supervision.

  • Self-motivated, energetic, confident, good communicator and able to use independent judgment when necessary.

  • Exhibit professional demeanor, appearance & attitude.

  • Demonstrate intermediate and up to advanced proficiency in use of PC software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Proficient with Zoom and Microsoft Teams
