In this role you will: Troubleshoot automated systems - including programmable logic controls, electrical components, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic interrelations Take control of plant equipment reliability and own the results of operations by preventing breakdowns and improving preventive maintenance practices Be a maintenance professional who understands the importance of documentation and data analysis as part of the job of sustaining equipment reliability Be an electro-mechanical technician familiar with the methodologies of reliability centered maintenance and able to take charge of designing, planning, and executing restoration/repair projects Be a loyal and reliable team member who consistently finds the good in their team mates and is dedicated to getting the job done, no matter the sacrifice The Right RoleforYou Are you motivated by the chance to help provide quality products consumers count on every day? What We're Looking For: Journeyman level knowledge regarding electrical and control systems, power transmission systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and multi-craft maintenance Must be willing to work on shift (12-hour 2-2-3 shift rotation, fixed days or nights) Safely operate powered industrial equipment and follow all company Safety Rules & GMP's Capable of leading and directing a crew of contractors in the execution of a job you have planned or assisted in planning Be an exemplary contributor to team driven projects and be a willing leader on the projects that you are suited to lead.
