The Flight Department at Embry-Riddle's Prescott Campus is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented FAA Testing Proctor to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring the integrity of FAA testing while also providing valuable support to our Flight Data and Certification Office.

As an FAA Testing Proctor, you will be responsible for administering FAA exams, maintaining test security, and assisting with critical flight records and certification tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic aviation environment while making a direct impact on student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer FAA Knowledge Tests in compliance with PSI testing procedures
  • Set up test stations, cameras, and maintain testing materials
  • Monitor students during exams, ensuring a secure testing environment
  • Process and file FAA Knowledge Test (KT) results
  • Maintain proctor certification and stay up to date with PSI guidelines
  • Assist with student walk-ins, orientation check-in, and flight recordkeeping
  • Prepare student files for FAA audits and maintain compliance with TSA & FAA regulations
  • Support Flight Records and Certification Office with administrative duties
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED, with proficiency in grammar, spelling, basic composition, and math
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to uphold testing security and compliance standards

Skills & Requirements:

  • Background check required before employment
  • Must complete PSI certification exam, with recertification every six months
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive documents
