Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Position Overview:

Are you passionate about ensuring the resilience of supply chains? As the Supply Chain Resilience Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the KLA Resilience program's supply chain projects and initiatives. Based in Ann Arbor, you'll report to the Supply Chain Sustainability Team under Strategic Supplier Management and coordinate directly with the Global Resilience Director and KLA Resilience Team.. Your efforts will help ensure that our supply chain remains robust and responsive to any disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain resilience projects and initiatives to support KLA's resilience and business continuity program.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure compliance with resilience standards and best practices.
  • Manage supplier resilience risk assessment review and mitigation coordination with the SSM team, Resilience Program, and Category Managers.
  • Collaborate with the strategic supplier management team to identify and mitigate resilience risks within the supply chain.
  • Audit identified suppliers BCP's as needed. Organize tabletop exercises with suppliers to simulate disruption scenarios and test their BCPs. Support business continuity (BC) program activities to incorporate supplier / supply chain information into broader resilience and business continuity plans.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance and manage supply chain risk register to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Identify mitigation options / alternative sourcing channels and evaluate regional risk factors to ensure continuity even in the event of supplier impact.
  • Provide support during supply chain disruptions to ensure timely recovery and continuity of operations.
  • Post-Incident Review: Conduct reviews after incidents within the Identified Suppliers to evaluate the effectiveness of their plan & response.
  • Continuous Improvement: Willingness to assess situation and make necessary adjustments to plans and strategies internally & propose externally.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure alignment with the overall Resilience program (business continuity, trade compliance, regulatory compliance, etc.).
  • Drive the 2025 pilot project by determining the approach and risk appetite, coordinating with suppliers to assess resilience risk, and selecting key suppliers to pilot resilience risk projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or resilience programs.
  • Operations experience in the fields of supply chain (supply and material planning, supply chain management, and supplier management), supply chain risk, supply chain sustainability, regulatory compliance, or business continuity.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, risk assessments, and resilience strategies.
  • Exceptional program management skills, strong analytical skills and proficient in documenting open issues and working through open issues with internal and external cross functional teams.
  • Ability to support the business during supply chain disruptions, including weekends and holidays.

Base Pay Range: $74,100.00 - $126,000.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA KLA's total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.
