Under the leadership of the Director of Admissions, this position is responsible for coordinating a thriving and innovative campus visit program at Utah Tech University. This includes planning all individual and group campus visits and select recruitment events for the University, such as individual/group visits, Blazer Blasts, Outreach Open Houses, and other similar admissions-related events. Responsible for the Student Ambassador program and its operations. This position requires a strategic and customer service-oriented mindset focused on driving enrollment through positive campus interactions. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for the University, its programs and services, and student success. Responsibilities

- Coordinate all aspects of admissions-related campus visits and events.
- Coordinate the Student Ambassador program, including training, implementation, supervisory and professional development.
- Supervise the campus visit Welcome Center and Student Ambassador work areas.
- Communicate with and compile an "Information Packet" for visiting students in order to individualize their campus visit, with efforts made to tailor each visit to the expressed needs of the student whenever possible.
- Evaluate visit programs success through frequent assessment, submitting reports to supervisors that highlight ROI and recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and enhance options for weekly virtual tour visits and event options.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of campus virtual tours.
- Produce and deliver campus event communication plans and surveys.
- In coordination with the Director of Enrollment Marketing and Communications, develop communications for campus visits, admissions recruitment events, and ambassador operations.
- Assist with admission and recruitment duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
-
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- At least two (2) years' related experience preferred; experience in higher education is preferred.
- High motivation and commitment to the University, including the ability to self-start, be calm under pressure, meet deadlines, work without direct supervision, switch-task between competing priorities, problem-solve, and relate to a variety of personalities under diverse circumstances.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good computer skills, including word processing and data entry.
- Slate CRM experience preferred.
- Work effectively as part of a team and possess excellent collaboration skills.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening and weekend activities required.

POSITION DETAILS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Full-time professional staff (overtime-exempt) position. Annual salary of $44,000 - $46,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Desired start date of May/June 2025.
