The Integrated Producer is the glue that holds the creative process together. This role plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients and our creative team. This role is responsible for driving the day-to-day coordination and completion of projects. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their objectives, and leading the execution of creative projects. Provides subject matter expertise in project scope, recognition and creative and drives the development of the creative brief through execution of all creative initiatives. This role must have a keen eye for great creative yet be comfortable with tactical tasks in order to deliver results on deadlines.

This role requires a strategic thinker, an effective communicator and an excellent problems solver who can keep projects on track while maintaining client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Project Planning and Execution


    • Independently manage creative projects of varying complexity and visibility
    • Define/manage project scope in consultation with applicable stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines while driving clarity in roles and responsibilities
    • Ensure that project deliverables are on track throughout the project lifecycle
    • Assess project deliverables against client briefs
    • Ensure quality for all material before finalizing
    • Manage project budgets as necessary


  • Client Relationship Management


    • Maintain solid relationships with clients
    • Primary point of contact, addressing their needs and ensuring client satisfaction
    • Understand client goals and objectives translating them into actionable project plans and workflows


  • Team Leadership


    • Lead cross-functional project teams, including designers, copywriters and other creative professionals
    • Foster collaboration and communication among team members to ensure project success


  • Problem Solving


    • Proactively identify and resolve project issues
    • Ensure that any project changes are addressed effectively and efficiently

Required Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of experience on a creative, marketing or project management team or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools and software
  • Experience organizing project meetings, tracking, planning and scheduling
  • Solid understanding of the creative process from concept to execution
  • Proven exceptional client-facing communication skills
  • Proven solid leadership and team management capabilities



Preferred Qualifications:



  • PMP Certification
  • Experience with client service / account management orientation
  • Experience operating in a collaborative environment that encourages engagement, participation, and open dialogue
  • Experience presenting to management on project updates and results
  • Experience with Workfront
  • Knowledge of process improvement techniques
  • Marketing, agency or creative background
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
