Temple University's Real Estate Administration Department is searching for a Real Estate Manager! Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Real Estate Services, the Real Estate Manager ("Manager") is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Temple's real estate portfolio. The Manager oversees the property management functions for several university-owned assets, will act as the point-of-contact for university tenants and landlords, and will serve as the primary lease administrator for the department. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree and at least four (4) years' experience in financial modeling, accounting, or reporting or in Commercial Real Estate/Finance/Accounting Industry. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Required Skills and Abilities: *Ability to provide strategic stewardship of the University's portfolio of real estate; recommend and implement plans for the leasing and retail development.
