Title: International Trade Operations (ITO) / Marine Logistics Specialist
Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $85,000 to $110,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week
Relocation Available

Focus: The ITO/Marine Logistics Specialist is responsible for facilitating the International Trade Operation in North America, involving export and import operations as well as trade regulatory compliance. This position will work with Olin businesses and partners to ensure global ITO policies and processes are followed and operations are in place and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

ITO/Marine Logistics Specialist Essential Job Functions:

  • Manages SAP systems for North America ITO compliance and marine shipment execution
  • Ensures compliance with Import/Export regulation in all steps of the shipping process
  • Works with stakeholders to execute on marine export/import shipments and facilitate ITO compliance
  • Leads or assists in business projects/service changes and manages the changes for operational efficiencies
  • Works with Olin business and partners to ensure ITO policies and processes are followed
  • Assists with ITO training materials and reviews of Freight Forwarders & Customs Brokers

ITO/Marine Logistics Specialist Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree*
  • Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Manufacturing experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Marine Logistics experience
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft systems
  • Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
