Responsibilities

As a Client Supervisor, you'll be the guiding light for our clients, providing supervision and support while helping them navigate their educational journey. You'll work closely with our awesome teaching staff to assist clients during school, tackle individual challenges, and document their progress. Get ready for a fulfilling and exciting adventure!

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

  • Dynamic Duo: Team up with our teachers to grade written assignments and assessments, helping our clients shine academically!
  • Data Detective: Keep track of each client's progress by maintaining an Excel spreadsheet, taking attendance, and assisting with daily check-ins and goal-setting forms. Your organizational skills will be your superpower!
  • Progress Report Rockstar: Draft weekly progress reports to share with the classroom teacher, showcasing the amazing growth of our clients.
  • Documentation Dynamo: Input case notes into our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system before treatment team meetings. Your attention to detail will keep everything running smoothly!
  • Supply Sleuth: Collect classroom inventory like paper, pencils, and other essentials, ensuring our classroom is always stocked and ready for learning adventures!
  • Policy Champion: Follow all policies and record-keeping requirements, helping us maintain the highest standards of care and safety.
  • Training Enthusiast: Stay up to date on all required trainings (HealthStream, CPR, CPI, etc.) and certifications to keep your skills sharp and your knowledge fresh!

Qualifications

Compensation for this role ranges from $20.61 - $28.62 per hour, depending on education and experience.

We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions. Additionally, we consider internal equity to ensure fairness within our organization.

  • H.S. Degree or GED required bachelor's level degree in related field preferably in Mathematics/Science.
  • Prior work experience in other behavioral health treatment settings with adolescents a plus.
