Project Manager (PM)
Location: Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Artesia, New Mexico

Summary:
The Project Manager (PM) supports onsite operations at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Artesia, New Mexico. The PM will oversee and manage personnel, equipment, materials, and services essential for the operation of the center, ensuring the contract's successful execution. The position demands the management of various operational aspects, including occupational safety, environmental services, supply and equipment management, and role player support. The PM will be the primary point of contact for the Government and will ensure all services meet performance standards, quality requirements, and compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of contract performance, ensuring compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Maintain regular communication with the Government during business hours and provide after-hours support for emergencies.
Supervise and manage all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and services necessary for contract execution.
Ensure that services are delivered effectively and efficiently, meeting all required quality standards.
Manage scheduling, inventory, role player coordination, and other operational tasks.
Act as the primary point of contact for the Government, addressing and resolving complaints and operational issues promptly.
Requirements:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Project Manager on federal contracts exceeding $4 million per year.
Proven experience with responsibilities similar to those outlined for this contract.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
Physically capable of performing the required work and free from infectious diseases.
Availability for on-call duty 24/7 to address urgent operational needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with operations and services at federal training centers or similar environments.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
