ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES AND TASKS:

Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows:

  • Move combos of product from raw cooler to grinder.
  • Must use oldest dated product first.
  • Input combo PO and weight into Condor via handheld device.
  • Confirm product on the schedule is correct and ready to run.
  • Verify product and POs prior to moving combos of product from cooler to grinder.
  • Wash dumper after dumping and removing combo each time.
  • Follow GMPs, Safety and Quality Assurance rules and procedures.
  • Must wear required PPE.
  • Follow allergen control procedures.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping throughout shift.
  • Report any concerns to a member of management.
  • Must be certified to operate any PIT.
  • Must be LTT certified and follow all LTT procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must plug in (correctly) PIT during breaks, lunch and at the end of each shift.
  • Operate PIT safely at all times by following the required safety guidelines.
