Location: Port Arthur, TX Position Summary The Mixing Plant Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining batching and mixing equipment to produce high-quality materials used in construction, geotechnical, or environmental projects. This role ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while optimizing plant efficiency and production output. Forgen Deep Foundations Overview At Forgen, we deploy a wide range of deep foundation techniques, including driven piles of all types, drilled shafts, auger-cast/displacement piles, micro piles, secant/tangent piles, helical piles, stone columns, deep soil mixing and dynamic compaction. As a prime contractor or subcontractor, we offer customized solutions for material supply, installation, or full turnkey services, delivering high-quality results for ground improvement, excavation support, and complex foundation systems. Physical Demands & Work Environment This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, extended standing or walking on project sites, climbing in and out of equipment, and working in confined spaces or at heights. Work conditions and demands may vary, with possible exposure to heavy machinery, chemicals, dust, fumes, noise, and extreme weather. Proper PPE, including protective eyewear, gloves, a hard hat, and steel-toed boots, is required. Effective communication, tool use, and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
