The multi-unit team manages the Library's online presence and strategy, creating and managing business applications, providing technology support for Library employees, analyzing and improving IT service delivery, and managing IT-specific projects using AGILE methodology. The IT department prides itself on his strong and mutually beneficial relationship with Georgia Tech's Office of Information Technology (OIT) and its team members. Job Summary
Technical Support Associates provide assistance and troubleshooting for Information Technology systems, applications, and hardware. They respond to user inquiries, resolve technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of Information Technology systems and services. Responsibilities
