IT Infrastructure Engineer

TIDI Products is looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT Team!!

Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure solutions to support enterprise-wide operations. The IT Infrastructure Engineer will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of on-premises and cloud-based environments, providing technical expertise in Windows Server, virtualization, networking, storage, and backup solutions.

This position will work remotely, but must reside within 2 hours of our Neenah, WI facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, VMware ESXi, Cisco Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, VXLAN, IBM Power Systems, storage, and virtualization.
* Manage and optimize network connectivity across global enterprise locations, ensuring high availability and performance.
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex infrastructure issues, proactively preventing system disruptions.
* Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam Backup and Replication, Flash Copy) to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
* Monitor system performance and security using tools such as SolarWinds, ensuring compliance with IT security policies.
* Support Microsoft 365 and SaaS applications, maintaining efficient collaboration tools for enterprise users.
* Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policies, and authentication services to manage user access securely.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure enhancements and new technologies.
* Document configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure operational consistency and knowledge sharing.
* Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support for critical infrastructure operations.
* Perform other duties as assigned, emphasizing hands-on system engineering and troubleshooting tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, VCP, CCNA) preferred.

* Proficiency in Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) administration.
* Experience with VMware ESXi and virtualized environments.
* Knowledge of networking concepts, including Cisco routing, switching, SD-WAN, VXLAN, and firewalls.
* Experience with storage solutions such as NetApp and SAN management.
* Proficiency in backup and disaster recovery technologies, including Veeam.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances.
