THE JOB:

As a Casino Concierge, your role is key to building strong relationships with guests to help boost revenue. You'll make sure guests are treated well, from hosting events and promotions to addressing any concerns they may have. You'll also keep track of guest rewards and play activity to ensure everything runs smoothly and accurately. Your goal is to make sure guests have a great time and leave happy, all while following company guidelines and procedures. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $22/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Remain stationed at either the casino host office or the high-limit podium to assist guests with inquiries related to their promotional offers or gift requests.
• Contact rewards guests to confirm their interest in attending or participating in upcoming shows or events.
• Provide support to the casino host team and casino marketing team with a variety of tasks as needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Has at least 2 years of sales/marketing or front-facing hospitality experience.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
