Manage the bid process - Source opportunities, prepare and submit proposals, and ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
Develop pricing strategies - Conduct market research, analyze competitive pricing, and ensure accurate and competitive bid submissions.
Collaborate across teams - Work closely with sales, procurement, finance, and logistics to align bids with company goals and customer needs.
Enhance processes - Identify ways to improve bid accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations.
Stay ahead of the industry - Keep up with food procurement trends, regulatory requirements, and government contracts.

1-3 years of experience in bid coordination, pricing analysis, or a related role.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in food distribution, logistics, or procurement is a plus!
Strong analytical skills to interpret pricing structures and market trends.
High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills-both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and bid management software.
