This is a unique role that blends critical executive support with the opportunity to collaborate operationally across a global team dedicated to putting our employees at the center of our mission. Reporting to the SVP, chief people officer, you will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries and assist in planning and executing on department programs, preparing meeting materials and assisting with various aspects of the employee experience. This role is designed for a proactive problem solver with a bias toward action. Accuracy and pace matter at the AP, so you must be detail-oriented and have the ability to adapt quickly to changes and new priorities. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a process improvement mindset and a strong commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
