Shifts: Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team at the Department of Corrections.

• Monitor patients on suicide watch through surveillance cameras.
• Generate hourly reports on the status and activities of monitored patients.
• Work from the nurse station and collaborate with other medical staff.
• Complete detailed reports on any suspicious behavior or incidents.
• No direct patient interaction; all emergencies are handled by other medical staff.
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during monitoring.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday shifts, either 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm.
• Training will be provided for the specific requirements of the position.
