As a Senior Project Manager-Healthcare in our Chapel Hill office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all. Here's why we need you: In this role, you will exercise independent judgement to create and maintain client relationships that will develop business opportunities consistent with AEI's strategic initiatives, achieved through collaboration with other Principals. With your expertise, you will participate with the Chapel Hill office leadership team for strategic planning, staffing, and market development. Expected outcomes of this position will be generating and building long-term relationships (including clients, builders, and architects) and produce qualified project leads. This position also negotiates and develops consulting/teaming strategies and guides the preparation of specific marketing documents as well as participating in interview preparations as needed. Equally as important, this position is responsible for leading the project management and technical engineering tasks with a hand-on approach especially regarding the projects you will help procure.
