Join us as our new Inside Sales Representative !

As a member of our BiomeFX Inside Sales team, you will be part of a unique POD dynamic that supports overall revenue growth of BiomeFX Sales lab sales revenue growth.This role requires high-volume, consistent outreach activity and the ability to engage healthcare professionals through compelling, educational conversations about the value of functional lab testing. Success will require exceptional attention to detail and the ability to navigate technical product conversations.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

  • Conduct proactive outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to healthcare providers to generate new leads, identify sales opportunities, and drive qualified appointments for the regional sales team

  • Execute consistent daily outreach activity to meet or exceed lead generation and pipeline contribution goals

  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and website traffic

  • Nurture prospective accounts through multi-touch campaigns, building awareness and interest in BiomeFX testing solutions

  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to qualify interest, understand practice needs, and assess product fit

  • Clearly explain the clinical relevance, scientific benefits, and revenue potential of BiomeFX lab testing to medical professionals across multiple specialties

  • Overcome objections and position Microbiome Labs and BiomeFX as trusted leaders in microbiome testing via phone and virtual meetings

  • Maintain real-time, accurate records of all prospect and customer interactions in Salesforce

  • Collaborate closely with regional sales reps to align on target accounts, priority outreach lists, and follow-up strategies

  • Partner with the regional sales team (POD structure) to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads and appointments

  • Drive incremental revenue through reactivation of dormant accounts, cross-selling to existing customers, and promoting special offers or educational opportunities

  • Assist with onboarding new BiomeFX accounts, ensuring they are equipped with the education, resources, and tools they need to successfully order and interpret BiomeFX results

  • Provide technical support during initial account setup and work closely with the regional sales team to ensure smooth transitions from lead to active customer

To succeed you must hold:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with a CRM software is a plus.

Expected salary range: $65,000 + commission
