Position Summary
This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy. UNC Chapel Hill employees are generally required to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station.

The Office of Advancement is comprised of Development, Donor Relations & Stewardship, and Alumni Engagement. This dynamic team of advancement professionals provides opportunities for students, alumni, parents, and friends to engage with and invest in UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School through gifts of time and resources. Together, we are committed to connecting with our community through special events, excellent communications, strong stewardship, and transformative fundraising efforts in order to advance UNC Kenan-Flagler's mission to be a leading global professional school of business.

The Stewardship Coordinator provides critical support to key areas on the Donor Relations & Stewardship arm of the Advancement team. The role will report directly to the Senior Director of Donor Relations & Stewardship. The Stewardship Coordinator will manage the gift acknowledgment process and provide administrative support for major gift proposal writing, fundraising collateral pieces, and donor endowment reporting. This position will research and provide information for major gift proposals and endowment reports. The Stewardship Coordinator will also be involved with special project work like the spring stewardship mailing and other written materials.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Preferred:
-Blackbaud Experience.
-A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
-Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
-Experience in higher education fundraising.

-Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time.
