Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager at Juno-Loudoun, LLC in Aldie, VA 03907. Plan, coordinate and direct the operations of club facility maintenance and budgeting, including communicating with vendors and contractors to secure competitive bids, identifying issues with club facilities, scheduling and supervising regular maintenance, ensuring all maintenance is budgeted appropriately through budget planning and control, and maintaining records of maintenance activities. Manage a team of housekeeping and technicians staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to safeguard members, guests, and employees.

No minimum education required. 12 months experience as facilities specialist or project management required.
