THE JOB:
As a Temporary Painter, you will be responsible for supporting all phases of painting and wall covering across the entire property.

THE STARTING RATE:$39.02/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Perform routine to complex maintenance and repair work on painted and papered surfaces and systems throughout the property.

• Prepare surface to be painted, paint and install wall covering, adjust paint to proper color as necessary, patch, tape and texture and acoustic as necessary.

• Keep informed and updated on current technical methods.

• Understand the layout of the property, hotel rooms, and equipment

• Maintain constant awareness of personal and property cleanliness, safety and accident prevention, able to wear/use personal protective equipment (PPE).

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 21 years of age or older.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment.
