Job Description As a Project Ecologist/Biologist, you will work closely with senior personnel across the region to deliver threatened and endangered species assessments (e.g., habitat assessments and avian and wildlife surveying/monitoring), wetland delineation and permitting support, and support NEPA environmental document preparation (e.g., Categorical Exclusions and Environmental Assessments). In this role, you may coordinate with NEPA practitioners and other specialists to deliver multidisciplinary work products for clients. This is a growth opportunity within the rapidly growing Environmental Planning Practice at Terracon, as we expand the practice within our established southwest operation. Responsibilities may also include, but are not limited to, preparing statements of qualifications and proposals, identifying new opportunities for professional services, and authoring technical reports. Candidates will be expected to maintain professional relationships with regulatory personnel, prospective clients and/or other natural resource professionals.
