Join the team as a Senior Program Go To Market Manager, Dynamics 365 to help lead sales enablement to empower our field sellers through scale enablement sales programs in the Americas Microsoft Dynamics 365 business. Responsibilities Data Analytics and Reporting Analyze performance metrics to assess the impact of sales enablement programs. Provide regular reporting to leadership on progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement. Operational Efficiency Streamline sales enablement operations by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions. Evaluate and recommend sales enablement tools and technologies to enhance productivity. Field intake process, feedback collection, OU pain points through segment team & community team Cross-functional Collaboration Drive OU execution plan with the segment lead, thru a monthly scrum data pack. Define SLA's between the sales enablement team and other orgs, such as sales, marketing, product, and customer success. Change Management Lead change management efforts related to sales enablement initiatives, ensuring that changes are well communicated, understood, and adopted across the organization. Vendor Management Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external vendors or consultants providing sales enablement solutions or services.OtherEmbody our Culture and Values
