Summer '25 HR Internship (unpaid) - Talent Acquisition - Media, PA

Seeking students interested in an internship with us to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team at Elwyn of Pennsylvania and Delaware. In this internship, you will learn many facets of Recruiting and Onboarding as well as learn how to work cross-functionally in other areas of HR and develop an understanding of how the various teams collaborate. You will also develop an understanding of working in a large non-profit organization that provides care and support to individuals with disabilities. This is an unpaid virtual position.

Talent Acquisition intern may assist in the following areas:

• Managing Applicant tracking system
• Creating reports
• Posting of new positions to websites and job boards
• Assisting with sourcing and screening candidates
• Creating and extending offer letters
• Coordinating interviews and calendar management\
• Organizing and attending career fairs
• Providing support to the HR team
• Recruiting marketing campaign
• Employee referral program
• Project-based work

Qualifications:

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
