Status: Full-Time, Remote, Overnight or Weekend Shift Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide technical support related to Talis Clinical's software and hardware solutions in a professional and courteous manner; effectively communicate with Clinicians and Clinical Engineering to facilitate resolutions of their needs.
- Documentation: Document software defects, system enhancement requests and client issues using CRM and Azure DevOps; Communicate information and any necessary investigative work to engineering team.
- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
- Testing and QA: Execute Test Cases and log bugs in Azure DevOps. Test system modifications to prepare for implementation
- Support holistic testing efforts for multiple projects and software releases, including integration, system, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Device QA testing to ensure Talis products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.
- On-Site Installation/Go-Live Support: Travel to customer sites to assist with device installation, testing, validation, and system support during implementation phase; Support clinical staff during go-live phase.
- Take Customer calls during rotating weekend shift. Has option to work weekday overnight shift if desired.

- System Health Policies & Procedures
- Customer Support, FAQs, Top issues/How to
- Product Training for Clinical and Technical Products
- System Topology, Device Connectivity, Integration & Interfaces, Database Tasks
- QA Testing for Clinical and Technical Products.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years internship, co-op, project, or work experience. Associate Degree and/or Technical Certifications with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong computer, application, and network troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to respond effectively to all levels of end users
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving problems to completion
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a health care environment a plus
- Knowledge of operating room medical devices, procedures, and workflow a plus
Other Requirements
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to travel to support on-site installations (10%)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science preferred. Associate Degree and/or Technical Certifications with 3+ years of relevant experience.
