* Print and distribute client information kits, envelopes, mail service order forms, EOBS, Medicare communications mail merge, letter projects
* Responsible for turn-around-time completion of print jobs, mail delivery, mail merge projects, taking prints off printer, inserting via machinery performing quality checks and system checks, then posting via USPS, working within timeframe to get to the courier service * Work through the queue and check letters and files. Works very much like a mailroom, once files are worked through they are printed and require being sorted, stamped, and put into the right outgoing mail receptacle. MUST be filed correctly and to the right person; dealing with HIPAA documents so high level of confidentiality * Communication, teamwork, initiative, responsiveness, adaptability, and reliability * Must be able to work productively unsupervised, have initiative to learn and jump in to help and understands the importance of attention to detail and accuracy and tracking reports timely * One main function of the job is to mail merge letters; previous knowledge would be helpful * Ability to lift up to 50lbs cases of paper or envelopes, get hauled around the rooms and storage *Skills* administration, data entry, Microsoft office *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Intermediate knowledge of MS Office/Word, Excel, and Outlook and aptitude for new programs. Experience with Windows based database programs is also required. Basic knowledge of third-party vendor programs and File Transfer Protocol (FTP) as they impact workload. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
