Westside Commons
is seeking a
Venue Administrative Specialist II
who will actively use their administrative skills and knowledge to provide front desk support and customer service to venue clients, community members, and our staff team. Day-to-day activities for this position will vary, but will include overseeing daily customer service needs, responding to inquiries, and providing advanced, journey-level administrative and technical support to our internal team.
Westside Commons is a dynamic and highly collaborative event venue where our work depends on efficiency, adaptability, and clear team communication to ensure seamless event execution for our clients. Employees must think on their feet, be ready to pivot, and handle multiple tasks at once. Prioritization and problem-solving are critical, as issues can arise unexpectedly. Internal Departments (sales, operations, parking, catering, AV, administration) must work in sync, rapid communication is standard, as is a "whatever-it takes" problem solving mentality to ensure events run smoothly and the venue operates efficiently. Our office environment is both highly professional and lively as we work behind the scenes to create memorable community events.
