Description Role Overview: This is a seasonal position, you can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish or for other activities you enjoy while your *benefits continue year round. This position is responsible to safely operate concrete plant to batch materials used in construction. Moves controls on panel board or control board to heat, dry and mix ingredients; to weigh and mix aggregate, cement and water to produce concrete. Ensure conformance to quality specifications. May operate straight truck or loader as needed. Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members. May perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:* As a successful Ready Mix Plant Operator you will have: - Ability to hold and maintain a Class B CDL license in accordance with all state and federal DOT/FMCSA regulations - 2+ years experience in field of work - Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays.
