Marketing Copywriter - CQuence Health
Successful candidates must reside in Omaha, NE or the surrounding area.
The Marketing Copywriter brings CQuence Health and its portfolio of healthcare brands to life through compelling storytelling. As part of the CQ marketing team, you'll craft engaging, strategic content across multiple media channels-including blogs, press releases, websites, ads, social media, email, and video/radio scripts. Your work will ensure consistency with each client's marketing strategy, guiding ideas from creation to publication.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop short- and long-form content for CQuence Health, its brands, and additional marketing clients.
- Adapt seamlessly to various brand voices and messaging guidelines.
- Optimize digital content using SEO best practices.
- Contribute to content strategy and maintain up-to-date editorial calendars to meet changing business needs.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to align the tone and vision of the copy with visual concepts.
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Strategist and Account Manager to translate client needs into impactful messaging.
- Stay current on digital media best practices, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Publish content using CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress).
- Ghostwrite for executives for press releases, publishing, and industry articles.
- Adhere to hospital credentialing requirements including but not limited to annual immunizations, drug screening, background checks, etc. as dictated by sited The Joint Commission policy.

What We're Looking for in a Candidate
- Experience: 3-5 years of copywriting experience required.
- Agency and healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience writing for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Familiarity with CMS tools (HubSpot, WordPress) and SEO principles.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and strategies.
- Experience with AI tools (CoPilot, ChatGPT) for idea generation and efficiency (not content creation).
- Ability to analyze data and write about industry trends.
- Strong multitasking and deadline management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
