The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The Virtual Military Education Resource Center Manager supervises the military student advisors in the Virtual Military Education Resource Center (VMERC); while developing, implementing, and monitoring effective services designed to support our military affiliated student population one -by- one. This includes support from admissions following intake through graduation. The VMERC manager will support military affiliated students to remove barriers to their education. While overseeing the VMERC center, the manager will ensure that the military and veteran students have a user-friendly experience navigating through the Resource Center prior to being directed to the appropriate department for their military education benefits. The manager will work closely with various leaders within our support teams, as well as marketing and the Edtech team to ensure that vital information is kept up to date on the VMERC.
