How You'll Make a Difference

You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of digital learning experiences across PMI's platforms, with a focus on quality assurance (QA), Learning Management System (LMS) operations, and course performance analytics. Ensuring PMI's digital courses are delivered seamlessly, meet high standards for quality, and provide actionable insights through robust analytics. Leading operational workflows, manage contractors, and drive continuous improvements to PMI's digital learning operations.

What You'll Bring to the Role




  • 5+ years of experience in digital learning operations, LMS management, or QA within an education, training, or professional development context.
  • Proven experience managing QA processes and ensuring quality in digital content delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, technology, or commensurate professional experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret course performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

  • Experience managing teams and contractors, with a proven ability to prioritize workloads and ensure accountability.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital learning formats, SCORM, xAPI, accessibility standards, and best practices for e-learning delivery.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external vendors.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Commitment to equitable leadership practices, including transparency, modeling vulnerability, encouraging dissent, interrupting group think, advocating for radical inclusion, and employing active listening.
