Are you an energetic and detail-oriented professional looking to kickstart your career in sales? Join our client's Inside Sales Team as a Lead Generator Specialist in Acton, MA, where you'll play a vital role in new customer acquisition and collaborate with their sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.

Schedule: 9am - 6pm

Pay: $25/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Make outbound calls to patients who have shown interest in the OmniPod System.
  • Handle inbound calls from patients referred by physicians' offices and marketing programs.
  • Introduce prospective patients to the sales process and guide them through initial steps.
  • Educate potential customers about company's OmniPod System, addressing inquiries and providing competitive comparisons.
  • Convert marketing-generated leads into sales-qualified leads to support business growth.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the sales team.


Qualifications:



  • Associate's Degree required; BA/BS Degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Spanish fluency preferred.
  • Experience with medical software (EMR/PM) or in a medical practice is a plus.
  • Salesforce/CRM experience is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
