DCCA is the prime contractor for this Government program that delivers important technical solutions and products using emerging technologies for processing significantly large amounts of data. Program technical areas include commercial cloud technologies, high performance computing, and enterprise architecture. The program is tactically important to the National Security of the United States and the work on these missions are frequently recognized for their results. Our teams are always looking for the best talent who want to contribute to support our customer's unique and mission-critical work. This is a growing, high-profile program. TS/SCI with poly required.

Responsibilities and Skill Set:

  • Creating or supporting the creation of process documentation, migration plans, and program-level SE documents. The candidate should be capable of creating technical engineering/design artifacts with minimal supervision.
  • Strong background in Structured Analysis & Design is preferred, as is experience with Rational Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements Systems (DOORS) requirements management tool and/or the Cameo Enterprise Architecture Tool Site.
  • Experience with TechSIGINT, particularly ELINT/FISINT, is strongly preferred.
  • Detailed understanding of the Agency Data Distribution/file transport process/infrastructure is strongly preferred.
  • Documenting As-Is and To-Be enterprise architectures as well as supporting work to identify the To-Be enterprise architecture.
  • Developing/Maintaining functional and system requirement documentation and other system engineering documentation required for the transition and decommissioning of products.
  • Providing assistance in the development of program documentation as requested.
  • Development of programmatic material such as Program Quarterly Reviews, Technical Quarterly Reviews, Customer Quarterly Reviews.
  • Taking and generating notes from meeting as requested.
  • Strong organizational skills enabling the ability to work multiple efforts simultaneously.

Desired Skills:

Strong written and verbal skills to support documentation and customer interface.

Must be very detail oriented.

Must have exceptional customer relationship skills.

Required Education / Certifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience.
  • Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience.
  • PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience.

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 185,000 to 210,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
