POSITION SUMMARY: The Employee Benefits Division Manager ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through oversight of the day-to-day operations of the department. This role supports the retention of the Employee Benefits client base and focuses on departmental efficiencies and improvements and is responsible for client satisfaction, with the primary focus of leading a team that provides a superior level of customer service. WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office environment. The overall noise level in the work environment ranges from low to moderate.
