Talent Acquisition & Community Outreach Manager

The Talent Acquisition & Community Outreach Manager is responsible for managing the recruitment life cycle and for managing community relationships designed to attract candidates to Northeast Foods and its multi-state bakeries. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for implementing employer branding to attract candidates and to enhance the company's reputation as a "great place to work" and is also responsible for reducing the company's dependence on external search firms. The Talent Acquisition Manager ensures a smooth onboarding and offboarding process.
