A/P & A/R Manager Dallas, TX - hybrid, 3 days onsite Compensation: $115-130K One Vaco's legacy clients in the North Dallas area is looking to onboard an Accounts Receivable/Payable Manager as part of restructuring - looking for folks that have exposure to both areas of the business, have supervised midsized teams and been involved in process improvement and KPI's. Day-to-Day Oversee the AR team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections. Supervise the AP team to ensure all vendor invoices are processed accurately and paid on time. Monitor and manage the aging of accounts receivable, ensuring that overdue balances are followed up and resolved. Develop and implement AR policies and procedures to improve collections and reduce the days sales outstanding (DSO). Maintain a timely and accurate schedule of accounts payable transactions. Review and approve vendor invoices and ensure they match purchase orders and receiving documents. Collaborate with vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies or billing issues. Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries. Prepare and maintain AR reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly aging reports. Ensure that all customer payments are applied correctly and resolve any discrepancies in payment posting. Manage and review the weekly payment runs, ensuring proper approvals are obtained.
