Embroidery Supply Coordinator

HOURS: Monday - Friday; 6:30am to 3pm

REPORTS TO: Embroidery Production Supervisor

We work with businesses and organizations of all kinds to provide them with personalized promotional products. As an embroidery supply coordinator, you help make the 4imprint brand come alive by supplying the embroidery machines with raw product, which are turned into customers' orders.

Here's what a typical day might look like. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
  • Ensure all machines or areas are stocked with enough primary threads and embroidery essentials.
  • Manage inventory levels of embroidery supplies and materials.
  • Maintain a consistent supply of cut twill, foam, and special backing.
  • Receive supplies that come into the Distribution Center and distribute to the correct areas within embroidery.
  • Verify the incoming threads, stock threads in their designated location and keep thread aisles clean and orderly.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
  • Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

      • 4imprint is an organization committed to learning and curiosity. We'll work with you on your journey to earning this equivalency, within your first 1 year of employment.
  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds on a frequent/occasional basis.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience with quality control preferred.
