Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Videographer to lead and execute high-quality video content that supports our brand storytelling and marketing objectives. This role oversees all aspects of video production, working cross-functionally with members of the marketing team and key stakeholders to develop content that brings our brand's values, products, and impact to life. A hands-on production expert with deep experience in videography, lighting, and audio, you will oversee freelance videographers and photgraphers while managing production technology, workflows, and asset organization. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem solver, hands-on creator, and innovator who can balance hands-on execution with operational efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to shape a growing in-house content studio and make a lasting impact on our brand's visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

Video Production & Execution

  • Lead all aspects of video production, including filming, directing, and overseeing on-set execution.
  • Ensure high-quality visual and audio capture, managing lighting setups, camera operation, and production logistics.
  • Oversee post-production workflows, working closely with editors and motion designers to deliver cohesive, polished, and brand-aligned content.

Project & Resource Management

  • Develop and maintain production schedules and resource allocation to meet deadlines and business priorities.
  • Manage production technology, including content management systems and video storage solutions.
  • Oversee projection budgets, freelancers, and external partners as needed for larger-scale projects.

Equipment & Asset Management

  • Procure and maintain all video, photography, and audio equipment.
  • Track and manage the repair, replacement, and upgrades of production tools.
  • Ensure technical equipment across every location is organized, accessible, and operational at all times.
  • Maintain a structured file management system to streamline workflows and collaboration.

Industry Trends & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow optimizations to scale operations.
  • Stay ahead of emerging video production technologies and creative techniques to enhance content.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in videography, ideally working in-house for a brand or at an agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film & Video Production, Digital Media, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience in video production.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing experience in video production and brand storytelling is required.
  • Proficiency with professional cameras and production equipment.
  • Strong understanding of studio setup, lighting rigs, and audio recording techniques.
  • Experience with content asset management systems and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras, audio, and post-production.
  • Strong team leadership and project management skills to oversee production and guide direct reports.
  • Budget management experience, including tracking costs and making strategic investments in production tools.
  • Experience with live streaming, drone videography, and AR/VR content production.
  • Must be an FAA-certified drone pilot for aerial videography.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel for production assignments, including occasional nights and weekends.

Compensation Range:$125,000.00-$188,000.00, plus bonus.
