Job Summary: Worley is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of supply chain and materials management, with a focus on supporting environmental sustainability initiatives. The intern will support the DAC Stratos Phase 2 manufacturing team with by performing general administrative duties, receiving, and staging materials, setting up new reporting systems, and assisting with production station setups. Additionally, the intern will support hiring, training, and onboarding activities for new craft hires.


Key Responsibilities:
* Perform and provide general administrative duties to support Supply Chain or Materials Management.
* Receive and stage materials, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
* Set up new systems for reporting, run reports, coordinate responses to inquiries, and provide information as required.
* Assist in setting up production stations.
* Support the hiring and training of new craft hires, including opening requisitions, handling paperwork, and managing systems access.
* Assist with onboarding activities for the site team, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
* Support environmental sustainability initiatives within the supply chain and materials management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to supporting green initiatives.
  • Must be able and willing to work onsite in West Texas.
