Join us as our new Business Development Manager, Plant Based Fermented Dairy Alternatives
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Plant & Food Business unit team. Innovation investment and ambition is high and your role will be to identify, drive and mature new biosolutions globally, in collaboration with your cross functional colleagues.

Welcome to the Plant & Food team
As Business Development Manager you will join our dynamic and fast-paced Global Marketing and Business Development Team in the Food & Beverage Division. You will be one of the key ingredients to enable short and long-term growth in the Plant based Dairy Alternatives industry with the responsibility of delivering exciting innovative solutions to our customers. You will be working in an international, cross functional setting with an organization transforming into an agile way of working.

In this role you'll make an impact by:
Shaping and maturing early-stage innovation projects within our global strategic focus areas. You will use your experience to translate insights, customer needs and trends into product concepts that you can test with customers. You will identify value propositions and related business opportunities in the intersection between customer needs and technical opportunities and be responsible for taking product innovation from idea to launch - both longer term innovation and commercial opportunities.

This is a Global senior manager role and hence expected that you set and execute on the strategy to deliver on this fast growing and highly strategic growth area for Novonesis. You will be navigating in a global organization and customer environment.

To succeed you must hold:

Food science or business education (MSc), and relevant professional experience (+8 years) Experience from the Food & Beverage application/ingredientindustry is an advantage. Proven abilities in turning complex environments into commercial concepts with compelling value propositions and business opportunities. Long track record of customer facing interactions. Excellent project management skills, and a strategic, visionary and analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving. A team player with a desire and curiosity for a fast-paced learning curve, who is self-driven and thrives working independently in new areas while connecting and leveraging regional and cross functional teams. Excellent people and communication skills and the ability to convincingly engage with internal and external senior level stakeholders.
